If you purchased from another seller, then you will need to contact them for a refund.
If any CD's, DVD's, or other items produced by Avlis Productions are defective, we will be happy to replace them no matter who you bought them from. Avlis Productions has even been known to replace tapes that have been used so much that they are worn out. We figure that if anybody likes the product that much, they deserve a free replacement!
Nightingale Conant also has an excellent replacement program, so if you happen to get a bad disc in a Silva UltraMind album produced by Nightingale Conant let us know and we'll ask them to send you a replacement.
